Earlier this year we welcomed our newest member to the PPB Technology team, Dr Rym Kachouri, who has taken on the role of Chief Operating Officer.

Being a startup, this role is more varied than your regular COO appointment, but Rym’s main focus will be sales, marketing and business development and she brings with her a wealth of experience in these areas.

Rym has a strong academic background with a PhD in molecular and computational biology and over 10 years’ experience in high-tech sales to the food manufacturing industry. Combined with the ability to speak five languages, Rym is well positioned to support PPB Technology as we transition from a revolutionary technology start-up and scale up into an established business able to fully support the needs of our customers in the dairy industry and beyond.

Rym has hit the ground running and will be representing PPB Technology and our Cybertongue® devices at upcoming conferences; evokeAG 2025 in Brisbane next week (Tues 18th and Wed 19th February) and FHA Food & Beverage Trade Show in Singapore (Tues 8th – Fri 11th April), as part of the CSIRO’s VEP program.
